Rica Rosario is a human-centered designer, creative strategist and social do-gooder delivering impactful business solutions through data-driven design, storytelling and disruptive innovation. She has 11 years of experience in design, user research, behavior change, branding and digital strategy. Her industry experience ranges from hospitality and wine and spirits to international development, global health and education. Rica currently serves a Senior Product Manager at Deloitte Digital, as well as the president of AIGA DC, the local chapter of the professional association for design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Like any true Californian (by way of the Philippines), Rica is a big fan of tacos, beaches, big dogs, wine and snowboarding.
